We are seeking a Certified Pega Lead System Architect (CLSA) with 1012 years of experience to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade Pega solutions. This role combines deep technical expertise, solution architecture, and team leadership, ensuring best practices, reusability, and scalability across projects.

Key Responsibilities :

Solution Architecture & Delivery :

- Design, develop, and implement scalable Pega 8.x+ solutions aligned with business requirements.

- Architect complex solutions leveraging Constellation UI, App Studio, and modern Pega features.

- Oversee end-to-end delivery including requirements gathering, design reviews, and solution validation.

Leadership & Mentorship :

- Lead and mentor Pega developers, conducting code reviews and design reviews.

- Drive best practices for reusability, maintainability, and performance optimization.

- Lead Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, estimation, retrospectives) ensuring timely delivery.

Integration & Deployment :

- Design and oversee integrations with databases, cloud platforms, APIs, and third-party systems.

- Manage deployments, production support, and ensure smooth post go-live transitions.

- Collaborate with SMEs, BAs, and stakeholders to resolve complex technical challenges.

Skills & Qualifications :

- 1012 years of strong experience in Pega development & solution architecture.

- Certified CLSA Mandatory.

- Expertise in Pega 8.x+, case design, process flows, data models, integrations, security, and reporting.

- Hands-on experience with Constellation UI and App Studio migration.

- Exposure to Smart Dispute / Smart Investigate frameworks is a plus.

- Strong understanding of databases (PostgreSQL, SQL Server) and tools (Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow).

- Proven experience in leading projects, mentoring teams, and driving delivery excellence.

- Excellent stakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
