Pega Developer

About the Role :

We are seeking a skilled Pega Developer with hands-on experience in Pega PRPC / Pega Infinity to design, develop, and implement scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in case management, workflows, and business rules, along with experience in integrations and system architecture.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and configure applications using Pega PRPC / Pega Infinity platform

- Implement Case Management, workflows, and business rules as per business requirements

- Develop reusable components and frameworks using Pega best practices

- Design and implement case structures, data models, and application architecture

- Configure SLAs, decision rules, validations, and UI components

- Perform integrations with external systems using REST, SOAP APIs, and other services

- Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance

- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities

- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions

- Ensure adherence to Pega guardrails and design standards

Required Skills & Experience :

- Strong hands-on experience in Pega Development (PRPC / Pega Infinity)

- Expertise in Case Management, Workflows, and Business Rules

- Experience in Pega Frameworks and application design

- Knowledge of Pega Constellation UI (preferred)

- Experience in integration using REST/SOAP services and APIs

- Proficiency in debugging, performance tuning, and troubleshooting

- Understanding of data modeling and system architecture

- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies

Certifications (Preferred) :

- Pega Certified System Architect (CSA)

- Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) added advantage

Education : Bachelors Degree in Engineering / Computer Science / IT or related field
