Position : Pega Developer

Role Overview :

We are looking for a skilled Pega Developer with strong experience across BPM, CRM, or ITSM platforms to design, develop, and deliver scalable enterprise-grade applications.

The role involves working on solutions built on the Pega Platform, including integrations and cloud-enabled architectures, while ensuring high standards of performance, security, and maintainability.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop applications on the Pega Platform aligned with business requirements

- Participate across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including analysis, development, testing, and deployment

- Build and manage integrations using JSON/XML-based services

- Configure, develop, and optimize reports across multiple data objects

- Ensure application compliance with security standards (authentication & authorization)

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and reliable solutions

- Troubleshoot and resolve application defects and performance bottlenecks

- Contribute to code reviews, technical documentation, and best practices

Required Qualifications :

- 5-9 years of experience in SDLC within BPM / CRM / ITSM environments

- Strong hands-on experience in Pega development

- Certification Requirements :

1. PCSAv8 - Mandatory within 6 months of joining

2. PCSSAv8 - Mandatory within 18 months of joining

- Hands-on experience with :

1. JSON / XML-based integrations

2. Basic cloud exposure, preferably Amazon Web Services (EC2, S3)

3. RDBMS and database querying

- Strong understanding of :

1. Security concepts (authentication & authorization)

2. Application architecture and performance optimization

Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills :

- Exposure to frontend technologies : HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js

- Basic knowledge of Java

- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
