We are seeking a skilled and motivated Pega Certified System Architect (CSA) with hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing business process management (BPM) and case management applications using the Pega Platform (PRPC). The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Pega application development, workflow automation, case management, business rules, integrations, and debugging tools.

The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, business analysts, and development teams to deliver scalable, maintainable, and high-quality enterprise applications while adhering to Pega best practices and guardrails.

Key Responsibilities :

Application Development :

- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Pega PRPC/Pega Platform.

- Build scalable business process management (BPM) and case management solutions based on business requirements.

- Configure and customize Pega applications using low-code and no-code capabilities wherever applicable.

- Participate in application design discussions and contribute to technical solution development.

Case Management and Workflow Development :

- Create and configure case types, stages, steps, and workflows.

- Design business process flows to automate business operations.

- Configure assignments, approvals, routing, escalations, SLAs, and notifications.

- Implement end-to-end case lifecycle management processes.

User Interface Development :

- Design and configure user-friendly portals, harnesses, sections, and views.

- Create responsive and reusable UI components.

- Customize user interfaces to improve user experience and business productivity.

- Implement role-based access and visibility controls.

Business Rules Configuration :

Configure business rules such as :

Integration Development :

- Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and demos.

- Support testing, deployment, and production activities.

Quality and Best Practices :

- Follow Pega best practices, coding standards, and guardrails.

- Ensure applications maintain high guardrail compliance scores.

- Participate in code reviews and peer reviews.

- Create technical documentation and deployment artifacts.

- Support application upgrades and enhancements.
