Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop secure, scalable payment processing systems.

- Implement and manage end-to-end payment flows including authorization, capture, settlement, refunds, and reversals.

- Integrate with payment gateways and networks (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, Razorpay, Adyen, UPI).

- Build real-time transaction systems ensuring high throughput and low latency.

- Develop database architectures (SQL & NoSQL) optimized for high-volume transactions.

- Ensure data integrity and consistency across distributed systems.

- Implement Kafka-based event-driven processing and streaming pipelines.

- Handle failure scenarios, retries, idempotency, and reconciliation.

- Optimize query performance and data partitioning.

- Maintain PCI-DSS and regulatory compliance.
