- Experience : 15 - 20 years of proven technical experience in the software industry, with significant time spent in a leadership, architecture, or Principal Engineer role.

- Education : Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related technical field. (Candidates from IIT backgrounds are highly desirable.)

- Full Stack Mastery : Deep, demonstrable expertise across the full stack :

1. Front-End : Proficiency with modern frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue).
