About The Role :

P99Soft is looking for an experienced Solution Architect with strong expertise across Cloud, AI, Data, Salesforce, and SaaS technologies.

The ideal candidate will lead customer solutioning, design scalable enterprise architectures, collaborate with engineering teams, and drive AI-first and cloud-native transformation initiatives.

The role requires strong customer-facing consulting experience, technical leadership, and the ability to convert business challenges into scalable technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Solution Architecture :

- Understand customer business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.

- Design end-to-end architectures across Cloud, AI, Data, Salesforce, and SaaS platforms.

- Define solution architecture, integration strategy, security, scalability, and deployment models.

- Prepare architecture diagrams, solution documents, and technical proposals.

- Conduct technical discovery workshops with customers.

- Evaluate customer environments and recommend modernization strategies.

- Provide effort estimation and technical risk assessment.

- Participate in solution demonstrations and technical discussions.

- Identify opportunities for cross-selling Cloud, AI, Data, Salesforce, and SaaS services.

2. Technology Leadership :

- Guide engineering teams during implementation.

- Review technical designs and architecture decisions.

- Promote engineering best practices, security, scalability, and governance.

- Mentor developers and technical leads.

3. Innovation :

- Stay current with AWS services, AI technologies, Salesforce innovations, and emerging SaaS trends.

- Evaluate new technologies and accelerators.

- Contribute reusable solution templates, reference architectures, and technical assets.

Required Technical Skills :

1. AWS Cloud :

- Well-Architected Framework, Cloud migration process, EC2, Lambda, ECS/EKS, API Gateway, RDS, DynamoDB, S3, CloudFront, IAM, VPC, EventBridge, Step Functions, CloudFormation or Terraform.

2. Data :

- Data Lakes, Data Warehousing, ETL/ELT, Data Pipelines, Analytics Platforms, Snowflake, Redshift, Databricks (Preferred).

3. AI / GenAI :

- LLM Fundamentals, RAG Architecture, AI Agents, Prompt Engineering, OpenAI / Amazon Bedrock, Vector Databases, AI integration into enterprise applications.

4. SaaS :

- Multi-tenant architecture, Authentication & Authorization, Subscription/Billing models, API-first architecture, SaaS scalability patterns.

5. Architecture & Engineering :

- Microservices, REST APIs, GraphQL (Preferred), Event-driven architecture, Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD, DevSecOps, Enterprise Integration Patterns.

Soft Skills :

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Strong customer-facing consulting experience.

- Ability to influence technical decisions.

- Strong problem-solving mindset.

- Ability to work independently.

- Comfortable engaging with CXOs and engineering leaders.
