OZI - Backend Developer - Microservices Architecture

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services for warehouse and supply chain systems.

- Build and optimize APIs for inventory management, order lifecycle, returns, and fulfillment workflows.

- Work closely with product managers, frontend developers, and operations teams to deliver reliable solutions.

- Ensure high performance, low latency, and system reliability under large transaction volumes.

- Handle system integrations with marketplaces, ERPs, logistics partners, and payment systems.

- Write clean, testable, and well?documented code following best engineering practices.

- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues.

- Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical decision?making.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 3 to 5 years of backend development experience as SDE?2 / SDE?3.

- Strong experience working on Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or logistics?heavy platforms.

- Prior experience in e?commerce companies such as Increff, Easycom, Unicommerce, or similar.

- Proficiency in Java / Python / Node.js (any one or more).

- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and backend system design.

- Hands on experience with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis).

- Experience handling high's cale systems, large datasets, and concurrent transactions.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure).

- Knowledge of message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS) is a plus.

- Strong problem's olving and debugging skills.

Good to Have :

- Experience with inventory forecasting, SKU mapping, bin management, pick?pack's hip flows.

- Exposure to multi?warehouse, multi's eller, or omnichannel systems.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes.
