Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced OutSystems Developer with 7+ years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-grade low-code applications using the OutSystems platform. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in application development, integrations, performance optimization, and application lifecycle management. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing business applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using the OutSystems platform.

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.

- Develop responsive web and mobile applications using OutSystems best practices.

- Create reusable components, modules, and integrations to improve development efficiency.

- Integrate OutSystems applications with third-party systems, REST APIs, SOAP services, and databases.

- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.

- Troubleshoot application issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement permanent fixes.

- Participate in application architecture, code reviews, and solution design discussions.

- Manage application deployments, version control, and release management across development, testing, and production environments.

- Collaborate with business analysts, QA teams, solution architects, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

- Develop technical documentation, deployment guides, and support documentation.

- Mentor junior developers and promote development standards and best practices.

Required Skills :

- 7+ years of experience in software development, including significant hands-on experience with the OutSystems platform.

- Strong expertise in OutSystems application development and architecture.

- Experience developing responsive web and mobile applications using OutSystems.

- Proficiency in integrating applications using REST APIs, SOAP web services, and external systems.

- Strong knowledge of SQL, relational databases, and data modeling.

- Experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and C# or .NET is an added advantage.

- Knowledge of application lifecycle management (ALM), version control, and CI/CD practices.

- Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

- OutSystems Associate Reactive Developer, Professional Reactive Developer, or Architecture certifications are preferred.

- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform is an added advantage.

- Familiarity with DevOps tools, containerization, and microservices architecture is desirable.
