Your Tasks :

- Configure and customize Salesforce features, such as case management

- Integrate third-party systems (e.g., telephony, chatbots) using APIs and Mulesoft

- Implement, automate, and create workflows to optimize customer service processes

- Conduct data migrations, validations, and clean-ups

- Participate in the entire development cycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and support of our B2C Salesforce CRM solutions

- Maintain and ensure the accuracy of developer documentation

Your Profile :

- Strong programming skills in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Flows

- Hands-on experience in integrating systems via REST and SOAP APIs, as well as middleware tools like Mulesoft

- Solid understanding of IT security guidelines and cloud technologies

- Several years of experience as a quality-conscious developer

- Initial practical experience in integrating SAP S/4HANA is desirable

- Openness to using AI tools and integrating them into daily workflows

- Familiarity with working in agile projects and appreciation for flexibility and dynamism

- A team player who enjoys sharing knowledge and is open to new challenges

- Excellent English language skills, written and spoken
