About the Role :

OSI Digital is looking for a .NET Technical Lead to lead the technical design and development of scalable enterprise applications. The role requires strong hands-on .NET expertise along with technical leadership, client interaction, and team mentoring capabilities.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design and development of scalable applications using C#, .NET Core/.NET, and .NET Framework.

- Define technical solutions and collaborate with Architects, clients, and project stakeholders on technical direction.

- Lead development of REST APIs and microservices-based solutions.

- Apply design patterns, SOLID principles, and coding best practices.

- Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality, performance, scalability, and maintainability.

- Mentor developers and provide technical guidance to the development team.

- Collaborate with QA, DevOps, Architecture, and business teams for successful delivery.

- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive resolution.

- Participate in technical discussions and requirements clarification with clients.

Required Skills :

- 8+ years of experience in C# and .NET development.

- Strong experience with .NET Core/.NET Framework and REST API development.

- Strong understanding of microservices architecture, API gateways, and service orchestration.

- Strong knowledge of design patterns and software architecture.

- Hands-on experience with Entity Framework.

- Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.

- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

- Proven experience in technical leadership and mentoring.

Important :

- Direct client-facing experience is required.

- Must be willing to work from the Hyderabad office.
