We are looking for a Senior Network Engineer to join a fast-growing product-based organization in Pune. The ideal candidate will design, deploy, and support enterprise-grade network solutions across data centers, cloud environments, and global office sites. Key Responsibilities (KRA)

- Design, implement, and support enterprise network solutions across on-prem and cloud environments.

- Manage and optimize routing, switching, wireless, firewall, and DDI (DNS/DHCP/IPAM) infrastructure.

- Deploy and maintain Aruba switching, wireless solutions, and ClearPass authentication services.

- Configure and support Fortinet firewalls including routing, VPNs, and security policies.

- Administer Infoblox DDI platforms for DNS, DHCP, IP address management.

- Monitor network performance and proactively resolve latency, packet loss, and configuration issues.

- Conduct root-cause analysis for complex network problems and deliver permanent fixes.

- Participate in infrastructure projects, upgrades, migrations, and rollout activities.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, managed service providers, and external vendors.

- Maintain documentation for network topology, configurations, and standards.

- Ensure network compliance with security frameworks, IT policies, and audit requirements.

- Provide L3 support for escalated incidents and execute change management procedures.

- Contribute to continuous improvement, capacity planning, and network modernization initiatives.

Relevant Experience & Qualifications

- 5-7 years of hands-on experience in enterprise network engineering.

- Strong experience with Aruba switching, wireless solutions, and ClearPass.

- Proven expertise in Fortinet firewalls and Infoblox DDI technologies.

- Solid understanding of routing and switching protocols (OSPF, BGP, STP, VLANs, etc.).

- Knowledge of DNS, DHCP, HTTP, SSL, TCP/IP, and the OSI model.

- Experience supporting infrastructure projects and small-scale deployments.

- Hands-on experience with performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and network maintenance.

- Certifications preferred :

• Aruba ACSA/ACSP
• Fortinet NSE Level 4+
• Infoblox Certified Network Professional
• Cisco CCNA or equivalent
• ITIL certification
