Key Responsibilities (KRA) :

- Define and manage the product roadmap for Firewall and SASE services, aligning with business needs and security goals.

- Lead the design, evolution, and lifecycle management of FortiGate firewall platforms and Netskope SASE services.

- Drive end-to-end service requirements, prioritization, and delivery through Agile methodologies.

- Ensure high availability, performance, and security for global firewall and SASE deployments.

- Integrate firewall and SASE technologies with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) to support hybrid and cloud-native architectures.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including security, network, cloud, compliance, and operations for seamless service delivery.

- Oversee automation and scripting efforts using Python, Terraform, Ansible, and REST APIs to enhance operational efficiency.

- Manage vendor relationships, service providers, and licensing to ensure optimized performance and cost control.

- Drive Zero Trust and secure access initiatives across the enterprise environment.

- Establish and enforce governance standards, compliance controls, and security frameworks (NIST, ISO27001, PCI DSS).

- Analyze logs, telemetry, and threat insights from FortiAnalyzer, Netskope Cloud Log Shipper, and SIEM tools for continuous improvement.

- Provide architectural guidance, evaluate emerging technologies, and drive innovation in network security platforms.

Relevant Experience & Qualifications :

- 812 years of progressive experience in network security, firewall management, and cloud security solutions.

- 8+ years of hands-on experience with FortiGate firewalls, FortiManager, and FortiAnalyzer.

- 5+ years of experience with Netskope SASE, including SWG, CASB, Cloud Firewall, ZTNA.

- Strong understanding of VPN, Zero Trust principles, secure web gateways, and network security protocols.

- Experience integrating firewall and SASE solutions with multi-cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP).

- Hands-on experience with API integrations and automation frameworks (Python, Terraform, Ansible).

- Familiarity with SIEM/SOC integrations for log forwarding, threat analysis, and monitoring.

- Proven experience as a Product Owner, Technical Lead, or Security Architect in an Agile setup.

- Strong background in security standards including NIST, ISO27001, PCI DSS.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership capabilities.
