About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner with deep expertise in Aruba solutions, including wired LAN, wireless LAN (Wi-Fi 6/6E), and ClearPass NAC. The ideal candidate will drive design, delivery, lifecycle management, and strategic enhancement of enterprise networking services across global environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead product ownership for Aruba wired, wireless, and ClearPass services across the enterprise

- Define product/service roadmaps and align networking capabilities with business objectives

- Drive end-to-end lifecycle management including design, development, deployment, optimization, and retirement

- Design and architect high-availability and secure networking solutions across global campuses and branch locations

- Collaborate with security, cloud, operations, and application teams for seamless service delivery

- Oversee deployment, integration, and support of Aruba LAN/Wi-Fi and ClearPass in large multi-site environments

- Manage governance, compliance, and access control policies to ensure security standards

- Leverage Aruba Central, AirWave, and APIs for network automation, monitoring, and operational efficiency

- Lead vendor interactions, validate solution designs, and ensure adherence to SLAs

- Identify service gaps, propose improvements, and ensure consistent user experience

- Support capacity planning, upgrades, system scaling, and integration with hybrid cloud or SD-WAN architectures

Required Skillsets :

- 7-10 years of overall IT networking experience

- Minimum 3 years of hands-on expertise with Aruba solutions (wired LAN, Wi-Fi 6/6E, ClearPass)

- Strong experience in designing, deploying, and managing large enterprise networking environments

- Proficiency in network access control, authentication, and security frameworks

- Hands-on experience with Aruba Central, Aruba AirWave, APIs, and automation workflows

- Strong knowledge of network governance, compliance, and policy enforcement

- Experience supporting multi-site global deployments and hybrid cloud integrations

- Strong product ownership capabilities including roadmap planning and requirement prioritization
