Role Purpose

Define and drive the enterprise-wide digital workplace architecture and strategy by designing secure, scalable, and future-ready modern workplace ecosystems that enhance productivity, collaboration, and operational efficiency.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Define and own the digital workplace architecture and roadmap across the enterprise

- Drive modern workplace strategy leveraging Microsoft 365 and cloud-first technologies

- Lead endpoint management architecture including Intune, JAMF, and device lifecycle management

- Design identity, access management, and zero-trust security architecture

- Enable mobile-first and hybrid work strategies across multi-site environments

- Drive OT and IT convergence for manufacturing and smart factory use cases

- Collaborate with infrastructure, security, manufacturing, and business teams

- Lead architecture governance, standards, and technology evaluations

- Guide digital workplace innovation including remote support and collaboration tools

- Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture frameworks and business objectives

- Lead and mentor cross-functional architecture and engineering teams

- Ensure alignment with ITIL and Agile delivery frameworks

Key Result Areas (KRAs) :

- Enterprise-wide adoption of digital workplace architecture and standards

- Stability, security, and scalability of workplace platforms

- Improved employee experience and productivity metrics

- Successful rollout of hybrid work and mobile-first initiatives

- Secure identity and access controls aligned with zero-trust principles

- Effective OT and IT integration outcomes

- Architecture roadmap delivery aligned with business strategy

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

Experience Requirements :

- Minimum 5 years in workplace architecture, enterprise architecture, or strategy roles

Knowledge/Experience: 14+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in architecture or workplace strategy roles.

- Experience leading large-scale digital workplace transformations

- Exposure to manufacturing or multi-site enterprise environments preferred
