About the Role :
We are seeking a highly experienced Digital Workplace Lead Architect to design, drive, and optimize the enterprise-wide digital workplace ecosystem for a fast-growing product-based organization. The ideal candidate will provide strategic leadership across M365, endpoint management, identity, cloud integration, and modern workplace technologies while enabling secure, scalable, and seamless employee experiences across a global enterprise.
Key Responsibilities (KRA) :
- Lead the architecture, roadmap, and strategy for the enterprise digital workplace ecosystem.
- Drive modernization initiatives across M365, endpoint management, collaboration platforms, and employee productivity tools.
- Define and implement digital workplace standards aligned with Zero Trust, cloud-first, and mobile-first principles.
- Provide architectural leadership for integration of IT/OT systems in manufacturing and multi-site environments.
- Govern identity and access management frameworks across enterprise solutions.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and secure workplace solutions.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity, infrastructure, HR, and business units for unified digital experience outcomes.
- Evaluate and recommend innovative workplace technologies including smart factory systems and remote support platforms.
- Establish architecture governance, documentation, and compliance with enterprise frameworks such as TOGAF and ITIL.
- Optimize digital workplace operations using lean methodologies and modern automation tools.
Required Skillsets :
- Strong expertise in M365 ecosystem including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and associated security frameworks.
- Deep understanding of endpoint management tools such as Intune, JAMF, and enterprise device lifecycle management.
- Proficiency in identity and access management, Zero Trust architecture, and cloud security models.
- Experience in designing workplace solutions for manufacturing or multi-site distributed environments.
- Knowledge of OT/IT convergence, hybrid work models, and remote support technologies.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing, TPM, and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman).
- Experience leading architecture teams in Agile environments.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and strategic decision-making skills.
- Ability to evaluate emerging technologies and drive innovation across the digital workplace ecosystem.
