Job Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Quality Specialist with strong expertise in data quality management and hands-on experience in leading DQ tools. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring high-quality, reliable, and compliant data across enterprise systems, contributing directly to data governance and business excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end data quality initiatives including profiling, cleansing, matching, and validation.

- Implement and manage data quality rules, workflows, and dashboards using tools such as SAP Information Steward, Informatica DQ, Talend, Ataccama, or equivalent.

- Perform detailed data profiling to identify data anomalies, inconsistencies, and data integrity issues.

- Collaborate with data governance, master data, and business teams to establish data standards and quality metrics.

- Integrate data quality solutions with ERP and MDM systems, including SAP MDG/MDM and SAP S/4HANA.

- Conduct root cause analysis for recurring data issues and drive corrective/preventive measures.

- Develop and maintain documentation on data quality processes, rules, metadata, and monitoring reports.

- Support data governance initiatives by enforcing compliance with data privacy and regulatory requirements.

- Work closely with Agile/Scrum teams for iterative development and deployment of DQ solutions.

- Partner with cloud engineering teams to support cloud-based DQ deployments and integration patterns.

Required Skillsets :

- Strong hands-on experience with data quality tools (SAP Information Steward, Informatica DQ, Talend, Ataccama, or similar).

- Expertise in data profiling, cleansing, enrichment, matching, and validation.

- Good knowledge of SAP MDG/MDM and integration workflows (SAP S/4HANA preferred).

- Solid understanding of data governance, metadata management, and compliance frameworks.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

- Proficiency in analyzing complex datasets and identifying root causes of data issues.

- Knowledge of cloud-based DQ platforms and modern integration patterns (preferred).

- Understanding of global data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).
