Key Responsibilities :

- Data Extraction & Analysis : Perform in-depth data extraction, cleaning, and analysis from various sources using complex SQL queries and other data manipulation techniques.

- Insight Generation : Identify trends, patterns, and insights from large datasets to answer key business questions and inform strategic decisions.

- Reporting & Visualization : Create compelling and intuitive dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to communicate findings to stakeholders.

- Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with business stakeholders (e.g., Product, Marketing, Sales, Operations) to understand their analytical needs and translate them into data requirements.

- A/B Testing & Experimentation : Support the design, analysis, and interpretation of A/B tests and other experimental data to evaluate the impact of new features or initiatives.

- Data Quality & Governance : Contribute to data quality initiatives and ensure data integrity across various data sources.

- Problem-Solving : Utilize strong problem-solving skills to tackle complex data challenges and derive meaningful conclusions.

- Potentially mentor junior analysts, guiding them in best practices and analytical techniques.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 5+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar data-focused role.

- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating large datasets.

- Extensive experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar.

- Proven ability to perform in-depth data analysis, identify trends, and draw actionable insights.

- Experience with statistical analysis and data modeling concepts.

- Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex data findings clearly to non-technical audiences.

- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field Computer Science, Business Analytics)
