We are looking for an experienced Angular Lead with strong coding expertise and proven team management skills. The ideal candidate should be able to design, develop, and optimize front-end applications while guiding a team of developers to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage a team of front-end developers working on Angular projects.

- Write clean, scalable, and efficient code using Angular (latest versions preferred).

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (backend, QA, design, product management) to deliver robust applications.

- Ensure best practices in coding, architecture, and performance optimization.

- Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and provide technical guidance.

- Participate in requirement analysis, design discussions, and solution architecture.

- Manage timelines, task allocation, and ensure timely delivery of projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 9 to 12 years of overall IT experience with strong expertise in Angular (version 8 and above).

- Hands-on experience with TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, REST APIs.

- Strong knowledge of UI/UX best practices and responsive design.

- Experience in team management, task allocation, and mentoring developers.

- Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
