Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Java Lead (9-12 years) who can drive technical solutions, lead development teams, and ensure delivery of high-quality, scalable applications. The candidate must have strong hands-on development expertise along with leadership and architectural decision-making capability.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the full software development lifecycle using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.

- Provide technical mentorship, guide team members, and review code.

- Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance applications.

- Work with Product Owners, QA, DevOps, and cross-functional teams.

- Resolve complex technical issues and improve system performance.

- Ensure best practices, clean architecture, and coding standards.

Technical Skills Required :

- 9-12 years of strong hands-on experience in Java (Java 8+).

- Expertise in Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Hibernate/JPA.

- Strong experience in Microservices architecture and REST APIs.

- Solid understanding of design patterns and system architecture.

- Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).

- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, Git, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes (good to have).

- Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP is an added advantage.

- Proven experience in leading teams, managing deliverables, and driving technical direction.

Soft Skills :

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

- Ability to lead discussions, delegate tasks, and make quick technical decisions

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
