Key Responsibilities :

1. SD-WAN Solution Design & Architecture :

- Act as the primary technical expert for Prisma SD-WAN solutions.

- Understand customer requirements and design scalable SD-WAN architectures.

- Prepare :

1. Site Requirement Documents

2. High-Level Designs (HLD)

3. Low-Level Designs (LLD)

4. Acceptance Test Plans (ATP)

- Recommend improvements and optimization opportunities for SD-WAN deployments.

- Design solutions for greenfield, brownfield, migration, and transformation projects.

2. Deployment & Implementation :

- Lead end-to-end deployment and implementation of Prisma SD-WAN solutions.

- Execute WAN modernization and SD-WAN migration initiatives.

- Configure and deploy :

1. High Availability Architectures

2. Routing Policies

3. Security Policies

4. AAA Services

5. Stack Policies

- Implement CloudBlades and third-party integrations.

- Support deployment validation, testing, UAT, and operational handover.

3. Integration & Cloud Connectivity :

- Integrate Prisma SD-WAN with AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

- Implement :

1. Zscaler CloudBlade Integrations

2. IPSec & GRE Tunnels

3. Remote Access VPN Solutions

- Support cloud connectivity and hybrid network architectures.

4. Operations & Support :

- Lead project delivery activities through Hypercare and Handover-to-Operations (HOTO).

- Coordinate with OEMs, partners, and service providers.

- Support complex troubleshooting and escalation management.

- Provide training and knowledge transfer to L1/L2 operations teams.

- Assist in establishing operational and service delivery processes.

5. Innovation & Automation :

- Build Proof of Concepts (POCs) and customer demonstrations.

- Stay current with emerging networking and SASE technologies.

- Drive automation initiatives using scripting and APIs.

Required Skills :

1. Prisma SD-WAN :

- Strong hands-on experience with Prisma SD-WAN Architecture, Prisma ION Devices, High Availability Deployments, Security Policies, Routing & Traffic Engineering, CloudBlades, Virtual ION Deployment, and Third-Party Integrations.

2. Networking Technologies :

- Strong expertise in TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, MPLS, VRF, Layer 3 VPNs, IPSec, GRE, NAT, ACLs, and WAN Optimization.

3. Security Technologies :

- Remote Access VPN, PKI, SSL/TLS, DNS, DHCP, MFA / 2FA, RADIUS, LDAP, Active Directory, and Token-Based Authentication.

4. SASE & Security :

- Hands-on exposure to SASE, Cloud Secure Web Gateway (SWG), CASB, Cloud-Delivered Firewall, Threat Intelligence Platforms, and Zero Trust Architectures.

5. Cloud & Virtualization :

- Experience with AWS, Azure, GCP, VMware, and OpenStack.

6. Automation & Scripting :

- Knowledge of Python, Ansible, REST APIs, JSON, and Postman.

Certifications Preferred :

- Prisma Certified Cloud Security Engineer

- CCIE Enterprise Infrastructure / Routing & Switching

- ITIL Certification

- SD-WAN OEM Certifications

Education :

- B.E. / B.Tech. / B.Sc. in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics & Telecommunications, or a related Engineering Discipline.

Preferred Candidate Profile :

- 8-10 years of networking experience in customer-facing environments.

- Experience working with System Integrators, Telecom Providers, or Managed Services organizations.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to lead deployments, migrations, and transformation initiatives.

- Customer-focused mindset with excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
