About The Role:

- Technical Architecture and Design: Develop and maintain architectural blueprints and technical specifications for cloud systems.

- Solution Design and Implementation: Lead the creation and deployment of cloud solutions tailored to organizational needs.

- Product Life-Cycle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from conceptual design through to end-of-life considerations.

- Pre-Sales Support: Collaborate with sales teams to provide technical expertise during the sales process.

- Roadmap & Release Management: Establish and manage the release schedule and product roadmap.

- Level 3 Support: Provide escalated support and troubleshooting for complex technical issues.

- Documentation and Knowledge Management: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of cloud systems.

- Knowledge Transfer: Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions and workshops to enhance team capabilities.

- Communication and Collaboration: Foster strong working relationships between stakeholders, product teams, and clients.

Change Management:

- Attend CABs for complex non-standard changes impacting applications or infrastructure.

- Ensure complex/non-standard changes are completed within specified timelines.

- Roll out major/minor releases and organize roll-out plans for installations.

Application Management:

- Maintain in-depth knowledge of application architecture and associated platforms.

- Setup potential industrialization under application perimeter and improvise functionality, efficiency, and availability.

- Ensure reliability of production plans and handle escalations/outages.

Customer Technical Documents:

- Update ICOG's and SOP portal with the latest documents and maintain Knowledge Base Articles.

- Ensure accuracy of Application ID Cards and maintain inventory/asset compilation.
