We are looking for a Backend Engineer who has mastered Python and is now ready to take ownership of systems while mentoring and leading a team of engineers.

Key Responsibilities :

Backend Development :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems using Python (Django / Flask / FastAPI and GenAI).

- Ensure clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.

Architecture & Design :

- Collaborate with Product and Frontend teams to define technical requirements.

Performance & Reliability :

- Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and reliability.

- Implement security and data protection standards.

Collaboration & Ownership :

- Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, DevOps) to deliver high-quality releases.

- Take ownership of projects and ensure timely delivery.

Requirements :

- 2 - 4 years of backend development experience.

- Strong programming in Python.

- Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, Microservices, Databases (SQL/NoSQL).

- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.

- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Good to Have :

- Exposure to containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

- Knowledge of event-driven systems and message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ).

- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
