We are seeking an experienced Oracle TechnicalFunctional Consultant with 6+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle ERP implementations, enhancements, and support. The ideal candidate will have strong functional knowledge combined with solid technical expertise to bridge business requirements and system solutions effectively.

Key Responsibilities :

Functional Responsibilities :


- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into Oracle ERP solutions.


- Provide functional expertise in one or more Oracle modules such as :


- Oracle Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM)


- Oracle SCM (PO, INV, BOM, WIP, OM)


- Oracle HCM (Core HR, Payroll, OTL)


- Configure Oracle modules as per business needs and prepare functional design documents (MD050, BR100).


- Conduct CRP, UAT, and support business users during testing and go-live.


- Provide post-production support, issue analysis, and resolution.


- Work closely with business stakeholders to recommend process improvements and best practices.

Technical Responsibilities :


- Develop and customize Oracle components using :


- PL/SQL, SQL


- Reports (RICEFW : Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Forms, Workflows)


- Design and develop interfaces using Oracle APIs, Open Interface Tables, and Web Services.


- Create and maintain Oracle Reports, BI Publisher, and XML Publisher reports.


- Support data migration and conversion activities.


- Troubleshoot and resolve performance and technical issues.


- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration with third-party systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications :


- 6+ years of experience as an Oracle TechnicalFunctional Consultant.


- Strong functional knowledge of at least one major Oracle ERP module.


- Strong hands-on experience in PL/SQL, SQL, and Oracle development tools.


- Experience with Oracle EBS R12 and/or Oracle Fusion Cloud.


- Knowledge of RICEFW components and Oracle standard APIs.


- Experience in full lifecycle implementations (at least 12 projects).


- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.


- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.


Preferred Qualifications :



- Oracle Certification (EBS / Fusion) is a plus.


- Experience with Oracle Cloud (Fusion Financials / SCM / HCM).


- Exposure to integrations using REST/SOAP services.


- Experience working in Agile or hybrid project environments.
