As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex software systems that form the backbone of Oracle's cloud offerings. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams of architects, product managers, and fellow engineers to translate high-level requirements into robust, scalable code. Your work will directly influence the performance and reliability of services used by global customers, ensuring that our platforms remain at the forefront of the industry in terms of efficiency and security.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and implement high-performance software components to enhance the scalability and functionality of Oracle's cloud infrastructure.

- Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle, from technical design and coding to rigorous testing and deployment, to ensure seamless service delivery.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical bottlenecks within distributed systems to maintain optimal performance for end-users.

- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and design discussions to foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.

- Collaborate with global stakeholders to align technical solutions with evolving business requirements and long-term product roadmaps.

Qualifications & Skills :

- BS (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- 5+ years of experience in software development with programming languages including, but not limited to, Go, embedded system, C, C++, C#, Java, Go, Rust.

- 3 years of experience designing and developing large-scale infrastructure, distributed systems, and services.

- 1 year of experience providing technical leadership and clarity to cross-functional teams and projects while collaborating across stake holders.

- Systematic problem-solving approach, strong communication skills, a sense of ownership, and drive.

- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
