Key Responsibilities :

- Design, implement, and maintain Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) solutions.

- Develop user provisioning, de-provisioning, and reconciliation workflows.

- Integrate OIM connectors for external applications like Active Directory, SAP, and databases.

- Customize event handlers, adapters, and SOA-based approval workflows.

- Implement role-based access control (RBAC), policies, and automation for identity management.

- Troubleshoot and resolve OIM development and integration-related issues.

- Collaborate with security teams, application owners, and IT teams to implement identity governance best practices.

- Optimize OIM performance, scalability, and security.

- Develop technical documentation, best practices, and guidelines for OIM implementations.

Qualifications and Skills :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 8+ years of overall experience and 3+ years in OIM development and implementation.

- Strong expertise in Java, SQL, WebLogic, and OIM APIs.

- Experience in developing and customizing connectors, event handlers, and adapters.

- Knowledge of OIM workflow development using SOA/BPEL.

- Familiarity with LDAP directories, Active Directory, and other IAM components.

- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs for integration.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment
