Job Title : Senior Oracle ERP HRMS Consultant (10+ Years Experience).


Location : Pune (Bavdhan).


Job Type : Full-Time.


Experience : 10+ years.

Job Summary :


We are seeking an experienced Oracle ERP HRMS Consultant with over 10 years of hands-on experience in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) applications.



The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in the Oracle Human Resources Management System (HRMS) modules, along with a strong understanding of business processes in HR, Payroll, Self-Service HR (SSHR), and related areas.

Key Responsibilities :


- Lead or participate in Oracle ERP HRMS implementations, upgrades, and support engagements.



- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.


- Configure Oracle HRMS modules including Core HR, Payroll, SSHR, OTL, iRecruitment,

Performance Management, etc.


- Conduct gap analysis and propose custom solutions when necessary.


- Work with technical teams for development of customizations, reports, and interfaces.


- Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and user acceptance testing (UAT).


- Provide post-implementation support and system enhancements.


- Ensure compliance with HR policies, local labor laws, and data privacy regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications :


- At least worked for 2-3 end to end implementation project.


- 10+ years of experience in Oracle ERP with a focus on HRMS modules.


- Strong knowledge of Core HR, Payroll, SSHR, OTL, and other HRMS sub-modules.


- Experience in full-cycle implementations and upgrades (R12 or Oracle Cloud HCM preferred).


- Expertise in writing MD50, BR100, and other functional documentation.


- Experience with Oracle PL/SQL is a plus.


- Good understanding of HR business processes and statutory requirements.


- Experience with integrations to third-party systems (e.g., Time, Attendance, Finance, etc.)


- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.

Educational Qualification :

- Bachelor's or Masters degree in Computer Science, HR, or a related field.



- Oracle HRMS/Fusion certifications are a plus.
