Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Advanced Security Control Consultant to design, implement, and manage security solutions within Oracle HCM Cloud.

The ideal candidate should have expertise in Oracle HCM security architecture, role-based access control (RBAC), Advanced Security Controls (ASC), segregation of duties (SoD), and compliance. The role involves ensuring secure access to HCM applications while maintaining regulatory compliance and supporting enterprise governance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, configure, and maintain Oracle HCM Cloud security architecture and Advanced Security Controls (ASC).

- Implement and manage Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), data security, and function security.

- Configure security roles, job roles, abstract roles, duty roles, and data roles.

- Define and maintain security profiles for employees, managers, contingent workers, and business units.

- Perform Segregation of Duties (SoD) analysis and implement preventive and detective controls.

- Conduct user access reviews, role audits, and compliance assessments.

- Configure and monitor Oracle HCM Advanced Security Controls (ASC) policies and risk management rules.

- Collaborate with HR, IT, and audit teams to ensure security compliance and governance.

- Troubleshoot security-related issues and provide timely resolution.

- Support Oracle HCM Cloud implementations, upgrades, and security enhancements.

- Develop and maintain security documentation, access matrices, and governance procedures.

- Provide recommendations for security improvements based on Oracle best practices.

Required Skills :

- 5+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Security and Access Management.

- Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Advanced Security Controls (ASC).

- Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM Security architecture, including Job Roles, Duty Roles, Abstract Roles, Data Roles, and Security Profiles.

- Experience implementing Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and Segregation of Duties (SoD).

- Knowledge of Oracle Risk Management Cloud (RMC) and audit compliance processes.

- Experience with Oracle HCM modules such as Core HR, Absence Management, Talent Management, Payroll, or Recruiting.

- Understanding of identity and access management (IAM), user provisioning, and security governance.

- Experience with Oracle HCM integrations, HDL, HCM Extracts, and REST/SOAP APIs is an added advantage.

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
