We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle Fusion Solution Architect with deep expertise across multiple Oracle Fusion Cloud modules. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in architecting enterprise-grade Oracle Fusion solutions, leading end-to-end implementations, and providing strategic direction for large digital transformation initiatives.


The role requires strong functional knowledge, integration understanding, solution design capabilities, and hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud applications. This is a senior leadership and advisory position based in Doha, Qatar.


Key Responsibilities :


- Lead the overall architecture, design, and roadmap for Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions across Finance, SCM, HCM, Procurement, Projects, and related modules.


- Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and integrated Oracle Fusion architectures.


- Develop solution blueprints, integration strategies, and technology roadmaps.


- Ensure alignment of the solution with best practices, business goals, and enterprise architecture standards.


- Drive end-to-end solution design for Oracle Fusion implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.


- Provide technical and functional leadership to implementation teams including consultants, developers, and business stakeholders.


- Identify gaps between business requirements and Oracle Fusion capabilities and provide optimum solutions.


- Oversee configuration, customization strategy, and module interdependencies.


- Define integration strategy using OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud), REST/SOAP APIs, Web Services, and middleware tools.


- Guide technical teams on data migration, PaaS/Extensions, reporting tools (OTBI, BI Publisher), and security/roles design.


- Ensure smooth interoperability with third-party systems and legacy applications.


- Establish architectural governance practices for change management, documentation, and solution quality.


- Conduct design reviews, architecture assessments, and risk analysis.


- Define best practices for configuration, custom components, security, data management, and performance.


- Act as the primary architectural advisor to business leaders, project managers, and executive stakeholders.


- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to understand business challenges and recommend technology-enabled solutions.


- Provide expert guidance during requirement workshops, UAT, SIT, and go-live phases.


- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with Oracle Support when required.


- Support optimization, enhancements, and continuous evolution of the Oracle Fusion environment.


- Identify opportunities for automation, simplification, and process improvements.


- Mentor and guide junior architects, consultants, and business analysts.


Required Skills & Experience :


- 15 to 17+ years of experience in Oracle Applications, with at least 7+ years in Oracle Fusion Cloud.


Deep knowledge of multiple Fusion modules such as :


- Finance (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM)


- Procurement (SP, PO, Sourcing)


- SCM (Inventory, OM, Manufacturing)


- HCM (Core HR, Payroll, Talent)


- Projects Portfolio Management (PPM)


- Proven experience designing end-to-end Oracle Fusion enterprise solutions.


- Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)


- Data migration (FBDI, ADFDI)


- Security, roles, and privileges


- REST/SOAP APIs


- BIP, OTBI, and reporting frameworks


- Knowledge of PaaS extensions and Cloud platform capabilities.


- Strong background in solution architecture, enterprise architecture, and technical design.


- Experience in leading large-scale implementations or multi-module rollouts.


- Ability to architect scalable and secure cloud solutions.


- Excellent documentation, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.


- Experience in Doha / GCC region or exposure to Middle Eastern clients.


- Oracle certifications in Fusion Cloud (Architect / Functional / Technical).


- Experience in ERP modernization or large digital transformation programs.


- Excellent communication and client-facing capability.


- Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.


- Ability to mentor teams and work in a multicultural environment.


- High level of ownership and leadership presence.
