We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Oracle EBS Consultant with a strong background in HRMS, SCM, and Technical (Apex) development. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in implementing Oracle EBS modules and developing applications using Oracle APEX. This is a key role that involves working with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver effective Oracle ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead or support the implementation and maintenance of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) modules, particularly HRMS and SCM.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Customize and configure Oracle EBS applications to meet organizational needs.

- Develop, test, and deploy applications using Oracle APEX.

- Provide ongoing support and enhancements to existing Oracle EBS modules.

- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues related to Oracle ERP solutions.

- Ensure compliance with industry best practices and internal standards.

- Document system configurations, processes, and best practices.

- Conduct user training and prepare relevant documentation as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Minimum 5 years of experience implementing Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), including :

- HRMS (Human Resource Management System)

- SCM (Supply Chain Management)

- Technical modules

- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in Oracle APEX development.

- Strong understanding of Oracle database structures, PL/SQL, and APIs.

- Proven ability to analyze, design, and implement complex ERP systems.

- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

-Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have) :

- Oracle certifications in relevant modules.

- Experience in Oracle Cloud (Fusion) applications.

- Previous experience working in large-scale ERP implementations.

- Knowledge of integration tools and middleware.
