We are looking for an experienced Oracle EPM FCCS Consultant with strong functional and technical expertise in financial consolidation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience across the complete project lifecycle, including FCCS application design, development, implementation, integration, testing, deployment, and support.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, implement, and maintain Oracle EPM FCCS applications.

- Manage complete project lifecycles for Financial Consolidation and Close implementations, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.

- Have hands-on experience delivering at least 4 complete FCCS project lifecycles.

- Configure FCCS applications, metadata, dimensions, hierarchies, forms, dashboards, and financial reports based on business requirements.

- Develop and maintain FCCS Business Rules and calculations.

- Configure and support consolidation processes, including Intercompany Transactions, Currency Translation, Eliminations, and Consolidation Adjustments.

- Perform metadata loads, data loads, application builds, and data validation.

- Develop and support integrations using EPM Automate and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).

- Identify and resolve application, data, integration, and consolidation issues.

- Optimize FCCS application performance and improve calculation and consolidation efficiency.

- Ensure financial applications comply with applicable IFRS/GAAP accounting standards and internal control requirements.

- Work closely with finance, accounting, IT, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective FCCS solutions.

- Support testing, deployment, production releases, and post-implementation activities.

- Prepare technical and functional documentation and provide knowledge transfer to support teams.

Required Skills :

- 5 - 10 years of experience in Oracle EPM/FCCS or related financial consolidation technologies.

- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle EPM Cloud FCCS.

- Experience delivering 4+ complete FCCS/financial consolidation projects across the full project lifecycle.

- Strong understanding of the FCCS consolidation process.

- Hands-on experience with FCCS Business Rules, Data Forms, Financial Reports, Metadata, and Data Loads.

- Strong knowledge of Intercompany Transactions and Currency Translation.

- Experience with EPM Automate and OIC integrations.

- Good understanding of Journal Entries, Chart of Accounts (COA), and Record-to-Report (R2R) processes.

- Experience with FCCS application performance optimization.

- Understanding of IFRS/GAAP and financial controls.

- Experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall delivery environments.

- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
