Resource would be primarily working as a technical resource handling developments in Oracle CX CRM in CLOUD environment for Freezone.

Working experience in developing custom objects in Oracle CX SAAS, VBCS and ICS is a must.

Working experience in CPQ would be an added advantage.

Resource should have capabilities to understand Business and System requirements of a Freezone and design the technical and High level design of applications/services.

Principal Responsibilities :

- Experience on SaaS applications Oracle CX Sales and service Cloud (Part of Engagement Cloud), Oracle Marketing Cloud (Eloqua).

- Exposure to development of other Freezone modules like Customer Service, Registration, Leasing, Licensing & ADMIN in CX Cloud can be deciding factor for selection or this role.

- Good Knowledge on all modules of Oracle Engagement Cloud.

- Should have worked extensively in Application Composer for creation of new objects, extensions to standard objects.

- Proficiency GROOVY Scripting MUST.

- Working knowledge in VBCS, ICS components is a must.

- Knowledge of CPQ, Bigmachine coding and integration with Engagement cloud would be an added advantage.

- Strong Programming skills, as well as the ability to review complex code bases written by others.

- Understanding of Cloud Architecture.

- Should have knowledge on Data Migration.

- Change Management.

- Proficient in Groovy Scripting and Object Customization.

- Should be able to build workflows, triggers, and Field Updates.

- Integrations and Extension to PaaS (Workflow, Reports, APIs, and Error Handling).

- Experience in Fusion CRM BI Dashboards and OTBI Analytics Cloud.

- Knowledge of other CX products like Oracle CPQ is an advantage.

Job Specification :

- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or Management with 3+ years of experience in development and Object Customization in Oracle CX Sales and service Cloud applications.

- Should have sound knowledge and hands on experience of Groovy script development and new custom objects development using application composer.

- Should have hands on experience in development of custom UI pages using VBCS.

- Should have hands on experience in Third party application integration leveraging SOAP/REST APIs.

- Should have hands on experience on ICS and IDCS cloud and its integration components.

- Should have hands on experience in developing reports and.

- Strong Programming skills, as well as the ability to review complex code bases written by others.

Desirable :

- Experience in Fusion CRM BI Dashboards and OTBI Analytics Cloud.

- Knowledge of other CX products like Oracle CPQ.

Technical Competencies :

The ability to code and test modules that meet the design specifications in following Technologies :

Primary :

- Oracle CX Sales and Service object customization, workflow, custom object definition, groovy script writing, report development using OTBI Analytics cloud, integration development using ICS tool of Oracle with SOAP/REST APIs.

- Development of custom UI using VBCS.

Secondary :

- Knowledge of Oracle CPQ.
