Location: Preferable PUNE if not PAN INDIA. Experience : 8+.

- Data & CDP Operations : Has knowledge of Oracle CX Unity specifically and CDP principles in general.


- Data analysis skills: be able to investigate data issues on CXU side, identify data differences between CXU/BI/SF by having experience with data comparison (Power BI/SQL/excel if needed but not ideal).


- Salesforce Alignment : have basic knowledge of SFDC data model, support data validation, mapping, data schema model etc.


- Campaign & Marketing Automation Management : have basic knowledge of Marketing automation tools, ideally experience with Eloqua and its interaction options with CXU.


- Cross-Team Collaboration : Act as the point of contact for Marketing and IT teams to resolve operational issues.



We are seeking an experienced Oracle CX & Customer Data Platform (CDP) Specialist who has strong expertise in Oracle CX Unity, customer data processes, and marketing technology ecosystems.


This role involves managing data flows, performing data analysis, ensuring alignment with Salesforce and marketing automation systems, and acting as a central point of collaboration for Marketing and IT teams.


The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of CDP operations, cross-platform data integration, and customer lifecycle data management.




Key Responsibilities :



- Manage and optimize Oracle CX Unity data flows, ingestion, enrichment, identity resolution, and data unification processes.


- Configure and maintain segments, audiences, profiles, and activation channels to support personalization and customer journey use cases.


- Monitor platform performance and ensure smooth functioning of CDP operations for daily business needs.


- Implement improvements to enhance data quality, enrichment, and platform usability.


- Investigate and analyze data inconsistencies between Oracle CXU, BI tools, Salesforce, and other systems.


- Use data comparison and validation techniques to detect discrepancies and ensure data accuracy across platforms.


- Work with tools such as Power BI, SQL, and Excel to support data investigation, reporting, and operational checks.


- Identify root causes of data gaps and collaborate with technical teams to implement fixes.


- Understand and work with the Salesforce data model, including objects, schema, and relationships.


- Validate Salesforce data required for CXU ingestion and enrichment.


- Align data mapping, schema changes, and integration flows between Salesforce and Oracle CX Unity.


- Serve as a liaison to ensure smooth data syncs and correct field-level mapping for CDP and marketing programs.


- Work closely with marketing teams to support campaign planning, execution, and personalization.


- Provide operational support for Oracle Eloqua or other marketing automation tools.


- Ensure accurate segment activation between CX Unity and Eloqua for targeted campaigns.


- Support troubleshooting of EloquaCXU integrations and campaign data flows.


- Serve as the primary point of contact between Marketing, IT, CRM, and Analytics teams.


- Translate business needs into CDP configurations, segmentation logic, and data flows.


- Collaborate on resolving operational issues, improving data governance, and driving adoption of the CDP tools.


- Participate in discussions on data strategy, customer lifecycle enhancements, and marketing effectiveness.




Required Skills & Experience :



- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle CX Unity (CDP) and deep understanding of CDP concepts data ingestion, identity resolution, enrichment, and segmentation.


- Experience in analyzing customer data sets, troubleshooting data issues, and comparing data across systems.


- Working knowledge of Salesforce (SFDC): data objects, schema, validation rules, and mappings.


- Basic to intermediate experience with SQL, Power BI, and analytics tools for data validation and analysis.


- Understanding of marketing automation platformspreferably Eloquaand their integration with CDP platforms.


- Familiarity with customer journey frameworks and campaign workflows.


- Knowledge of integration frameworks, data schemas, and ETL concepts.


- Ability to interpret JSON, XML, or API-based data structures (preferred).


- Exposure to CRM, DMP, and marketing technology ecosystems.


- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.


- Excellent communication skills to engage with cross-functional stakeholders.


- Ability to work independently as well as within a collaborative, fast-paced team.


- Strong documentation and process-improvement mindset.


- Experience with multi-system data integrations across CDP, CRM, analytics, and marketing tools.


- Certification in Oracle CX, Salesforce, or marketing automation platforms.


- Experience working with global marketing and IT teams.
