Oracle CPQ Cloud Lead/Architect

We are seeking an experienced Oracle CPQ Cloud Lead/Architect to lead and manage end-to-end CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) implementation projects.

The role involves driving workshops with business stakeholders, designing scalable solutions, architecting complex configuration models, integrating CPQ with enterprise systems, and ensuring successful delivery of high-performance solutions.

This position requires a blend of technical expertise, leadership, and business acumen.

Key Responsibilities :

Project Leadership & Delivery :

- Conduct advanced workshops with business stakeholders to capture functional requirements, define use cases, and translate them into scalable solution designs.

- Ensure project deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with quality standards.

Solution Architecture & Development :

- Manage and customize dynamic document templates using Document Designer or Doc Engine.

- Design and execute robust integrations between Oracle CPQ and enterprise systems like CRM, ERP, Oracle Sales Cloud, Oracle PIM, etc. using SOAP/REST/XML, BML, CCS, and scripting languages.

- Own and optimize CPQ performance, troubleshoot, and resolve advanced technical issues.

Testing & Quality Assurance :

- Ensure automation, reusability, and reliability in developed solutions.

Mentoring & Best Practices :

- Contribute to the development of internal methodologies, accelerators, reusable components, and documentation.

Pre-Sales & Consulting :

- Participate in pre-sales activities, solution estimation, RFP responses, and proposal development when required.

- Provide thought leadership in CPQ solutioning and represent the organization in client discussions.

Qualifications & Skills :

- 8- 12 years of overall IT experience with 5+ years in Oracle CPQ Cloud implementation.

- Strong expertise in CPQ solution design, configuration, and customization.

- Proficiency in BML (BigMachines Language), CCS (Commerce & Constraint Rules), REST/SOAP APIs, XML, and scripting languages.

- Hands-on experience with Document Designer/Doc Engine for template management.

- Experience integrating CPQ with CRM (Salesforce, Oracle Sales Cloud), ERP (Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle Fusion), PIM, or similar systems.

- Solid understanding of quote-to-cash (Q2C) processes, pricing strategies, discounting models, and approval workflows.

- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills with performance optimization expertise.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.

- Leadership experience in mentoring teams and managing end-to-end project delivery.
