Job Summary :

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer (.NET / Java) with 35 years of hands-on development experience to join our growing engineering team. The ideal candidate should have strong backend development skills, experience in building scalable applications, and a passion for continuous learning, including upskilling in Python and AI/GenAI concepts.

This role is suited for engineers who enjoy working in a fast-paced, collaborative, office-based environment and want to grow with modern technologies.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality applications using .NET or Java technologies.

- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define and deliver new features.

- Write clean, efficient, scalable, and maintainable code following best practices.

- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application and production issues.

- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs, backend services, and database components.

- Ensure application performance, security, and scalability.

- Stay updated with emerging technologies and actively participate in AI/GenAI upskilling programs as required.

Required Skills :

Technical Skills (Must Have) :

Strong experience in one of the following stacks :

- Java : Core Java, Spring, Spring Boot

- Experience in developing RESTful APIs.

- Strong hands-on experience with relational databases (SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar).

- Solid understanding of OOP concepts, data structures, and algorithms.

- Experience using Git or other version control systems.

Good to Have / Nice to Have :

- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Python or strong willingness to learn.

- Understanding of microservices architecture.

- Awareness of AI / GenAI concepts or interest in being trained and upskilled.

Professional Requirements :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 3 - 5 years of relevant software development experience.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Good communication and collaboration skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, work-from-office environment.
