About the Role :

We are looking for a highly skilled and hands-on DevOps Engineer with strong expertise in GCP, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and Infrastructure Automation. The ideal candidate should have production-level experience managing scalable cloud-native infrastructure, automating deployments, improving observability, and supporting high-availability applications in fast-paced environments.

The candidate will work closely with engineering teams to manage Kubernetes-based workloads, automate infrastructure using Terraform, optimize CI/CD workflows, and ensure platform reliability, scalability, and security.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage and support production-grade Kubernetes (GKE) environments

- Build, maintain, and optimize Infrastructure as Code using Terraform

- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or equivalent tools

- Deploy and manage applications using Helm Charts and Argo CD

- Monitor infrastructure and applications using Prometheus, Grafana, and New Relic

- Troubleshoot production incidents, perform RCA, and participate in on-call support

- Manage cloud resources in GCP including IAM, networking, load balancing, and managed services

- Automate operational tasks using Python, Bash, or Go

- Implement security best practices including secrets management, RBAC, and network policies

- Collaborate with development teams for deployment automation and platform improvements

- Contribute to reusable DevOps frameworks, modules, and internal tooling
