Role Description :

We are looking for a Senior Python Developer with strong expertise in Django and AI/ML to join our growing tech team. This role involves building scalable web applications using Django while integrating intelligent machine learning models to deliver data-driven features. You will collaborate closely with product, data, and engineering teams to build end-to-end solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Python and Django.

- Integrate and deploy AI/ML models into production systems and build APIs for model consumption.

- Work closely with data scientists to optimize ML workflows and model performance.

- Design and manage relational (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB/Redis) databases for efficient data handling.

- Leverage cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes) for deployment and scaling.

- Apply software architecture principles and design patterns to ensure code quality, maintainability, and performance.

- Conduct code reviews, provide mentorship, and support best practices within the development team.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for speed, performance, and scalability.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- 4 - 7 years of hands-on experience in Python and Django development.

- Strong experience with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).

- Solid understanding of relational (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB/Redis) databases.

- Experience deploying AI/ML models into production and building scalable APIs around them.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

- Strong knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, and Git version control.

- Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and leadership skills.
