Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to drive the vision, strategy, and execution of key capabilities within our software suite.

You will be responsible for defining the product roadmap, prioritizing features, and working cross-functionally with engineering, design, customer success, and go-to-market teams.

This is a high-impact role that requires a strong blend of product strategy, technical understanding, and customer empathy.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define, own, and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for your product area, ensuring alignment with company goals.

- Partner with engineering and design to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions on time and within scope.

- Gather and synthesize feedback from customers, internal stakeholders, and market research to inform product direction.

- Write detailed product requirements, epics, and user stories, and collaborate with Agile teams throughout the development lifecycle.

- Monitor product performance metrics, analyze adoption trends, and drive continuous improvements.

- Stay ahead of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation.

- Support go-to-market strategy, including product launches, customer demos, documentation, and sales enablement.

- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for your domain, providing guidance to internal teams and customers.

Required Qualifications :

- 7+ years of product management experience in software, preferably SaaS, ERP, AI, or enterprise platforms.

- Proven success in defining product vision and executing roadmaps that drive measurable business outcomes.

- Strong track record of working with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, sales, and customer success) to deliver impactful features.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to translate complex needs into simple solutions.

- Superior communication and stakeholder management skills; able to influence at multiple levels of the organization.

- Solid understanding of software development lifecycles, Agile methodologies, and product tools (e.g , Jira, Confluence, Aha, Figma).

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).

Preferred Experience :

- Experience with ERP, public sector solutions, or GovTech platforms.

- Familiarity with AI/ML-driven products or advanced analytics.

- Background in finance, budgeting, procurement, or enterprise asset management systems
