Description :

- Design, develop, and maintain backend services, RESTful APIs, and microservices.

- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code with a focus on performance and scalability.

- Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.

- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

- Implement security and data protection measures.

- Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers.

- Stay up-to-date with emerging backend technologies, frameworks, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 5 to 12 years of professional experience as a Backend Developer.

- Strong proficiency in backend programming languages such as Java, Node.js, Python, Go,

Ruby, PHP, or .NET (specify based on your stack).

- Experience in designing and building RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.

- Strong knowledge of databases : SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MSSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB,

Cassandra, Redis).

- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.

- Understanding of version control systems like Git.

- Knowledge of security best practices in backend development.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Skills :

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.

- Knowledge of serverless architectures.

- Exposure to performance tuning and monitoring tools.

Educational Qualifications :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
