Role Overview :

We are looking for a highly experienced Python Developer with over 10 years of expertise to join our remote team immediately. This individual will lead back-end development efforts, design and maintain scalable software solutions, and collaborate across teams to deliver high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable back-end components using Python.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including front-end developers, DevOps, and product managers.

- Architect efficient, reusable, and scalable software components.

- Conduct thorough code reviews and mentor junior developers.

- Develop RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.

- Maintain and optimize relational and NoSQL databases.

- Write unit and integration tests to ensure high code quality.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.

- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and best practices.

- Ensure software development processes comply with agile methodologies.

Required Skillsets :

- 10+ years of professional experience in Python development.

- Strong command of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles.

- Expertise in back-end frameworks like Django, Flask, or FastAPI.

- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.

- Hands-on experience with database systems (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.).

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

- Proficiency in version control tools such as Git.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

- Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes is a plus.
