Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled Java Developer with 58 years of hands-on experience in backend development, microservices architecture, and enterprise-grade applications.

Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs) :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and secure Java-based applications

- Develop and deploy microservices using Spring Boot

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features

- Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness

- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems

- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code

- Participate in code reviews and follow industry best practices

- Ensure adherence to software development standards and processes

- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and propose integration where appropriate

- Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes

Required Skillsets

- Strong core Java programming skills with expertise in Java 8 or higher

- In-depth knowledge of Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and Spring Security

- Proficient in building and consuming RESTful APIs and web services

- Hands-on experience with Microservices architecture and design patterns

- Experience with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB

- Familiarity with tools such as Maven/Gradle, Git, Jenkins, and Docker

- Solid understanding of object-oriented design principles and data structures

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus

- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

- Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
