Senior Principal Software Engineer

As Senior Principal Software Engineer develop strategic methods and principles to improve the technical stability and efficiency of the company's products/services.

You lead and influence several teams and initiatives.

Your Mission :

- Has deep knowledge of entire system and can jump into code in any component and fire fight and contribute.

- Makes decisions on product direction and internals based on deep subject matter knowledge.

- Sets product direction and has ownership over large components.

- Thinks both strategically and tactically, keeping in mind both technical goals and company goals.

- Given long term strategic goals, can lay out a path across many versions.

- Provides technical leadership for projects including 3- 4 individuals.

- Mentor others with high-level technical guidance.

- Designing, coding, and debugging software.

- Improving the performance of existing software.

- Recommending new technologies that can help increase productivity.

You Are :

- High technical and/or technological competence

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field

- Minimum of 10+ years of hands-on experience with Java based development projects using RESTful APIs, SpringBoot, Micro services.

- Proven experience building complex web systems.

- Extensive hands-on experience and expertise in object-oriented design methodology and application development using Java/J2EE, Design Patterns, Spring MVC, SQL, Web services.

- Experience with elastic search and data streaming tools like Kafka.

- Good understanding of web services and SOA related standards like REST/OAuth/JSON.

- A competent understanding of code and script (Python, Bash)

- Moderate experience with SQL and NoSQL databases

- Agile development (Scrum, XP, or Pair Programming) experience

- Ability to use a wide variety of open-source technologies and cloud services (Azure, Google Computer, or Amazon Web Services)

- Recent development experience using Drupal, Ember, Angular 8+, Java 7+, or Python.

- Familiarity with public cloud providers such as (Azure, Google Cloud, or AWS)
