Role Overview :

We are seeking a Technical Lead with strong expertise in .NET Core and Microsoft Azure, who is highly skilled in hands-on coding and comfortable collaborating directly with clients.

The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, problem solver, and team leader, capable of translating complex business needs into scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.

Core Responsibilities :

- Design and develop high-quality, scalable applications using C# and .NET Core.

Architect and implement cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure, including :

- Azure WebJobs

- Blob Storage

- Manage infrastructure with Terraform (preferred).

- Collaborate with clients to gather technical and business requirements.

- Work with SQL Server for database design, optimization, and performance tuning.

- Lead front-end integration using React or Angular.

- Guide and mentor development teams; ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

- Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and technical design discussions.

Promote and implement DevOps practices including :

- CI/CD pipelines

- Infrastructure automation

- Deployment best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 10+ years of experience in software development with recent leadership roles.

- Expertise in .NET Core, C#, and Microsoft Azure.

- Mandatory experience with Terraform for Infrastructure as Code.

- Solid understanding of DevOps and CI/CD tools and practices.

- Front-end familiarity with React or Angular.

- Strong experience with SQL Server.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in Agile environments.
