Job Title : OFSAA Developer

Location : Pune

We are seeking an experienced OFSAA Developer to join our technology team supporting risk management, finance, and regulatory compliance initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA) and will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing OFSAA solutions to meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement ETL processes using Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) for data extraction, transformation, and loading.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for risk, finance, and compliance reporting.

- Develop and optimize PL/SQL procedures, functions, and packages for OFSAA-related processing.

- Create and maintain metadata, data models, and batch schedules in OFSAA.

- Conduct unit testing, system testing, and support UAT for OFSAA implementations.

- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues ensuring minimal downtime.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks such as Basel III, IFRS9, and other industry standards.

- Provide technical documentation, including solution design and configuration details.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Experience : 5- 8 years in software development, with at least 3 years in OFSAA implementation and development.

- Strong knowledge of OFSAA architecture, data model, and functional modules.

- Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and performance tuning.

- Hands-on experience with ODI or other ETL tools.

- Familiarity with Unix/Linux environments and shell scripting.

- Understanding of banking and financial services processes, especially in risk and finance domains.

- Strong problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.
