Primary Skills & Responsibilities :
M365 & Exchange Management :
- Administer the full M365 Application Stack, including SharePoint Online, OneDrive, MS Teams, and Viva tools.
- Design and manage Exchange Online and hybrid environments.
- Ensure messaging hygiene and security, including email encryption, spam filtering, and Data Loss Prevention (DLP).
Migrations & Integrations :
- Possess hands-on experience with at least one migration tool such as ShareGate, AvePoint, or Metalogix.
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of tenant-to-tenant migration concepts.
Infrastructure & Security :
- Implement and maintain security protocols and authentication methods.
Scripting :
Secondary Skills :
- Azure : Experience with the Azure stack, including tenant setup, subscription creation, and resource management.
- PaaS : Familiarity with Azure PaaS services like Azure Functions and App Services.
- Monitoring : Proactively monitor application performance and conduct vulnerability assessments.
- Additional Skills : Exposure to basic SQL Administration and knowledge of load balancing and cluster concepts.
