Office 365 Cloud Architect/Engineer III

Description : We are looking for an experienced O365 Cloud Architect Engineer III to design, implement, and manage Microsoft 365 cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong architectural experience, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in customer-facing roles.

Experience :

- 10+ years of overall IT experience.

- Significant experience in Microsoft 365 / O365 architecture and cloud technologies.

Location : Chennai.

Shift Timings : 1 :30 PM - 10 :30 PM.

Compensation :

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Act as a Cloud Architect for Microsoft 365 solutions, driving design and implementation.

- Architect, deploy, and manage O365 services including SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange, and Entra ID.

- Provide high-level and low-level architectural designs aligned with business requirements.

- Work directly with customers to understand requirements and provide technical solutions.

- Lead migrations, upgrades, and optimization of Microsoft 365 environments.

- Ensure security, compliance, and best practices across O365 workloads.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior engineers.

- Troubleshoot complex issues across M365 services.

Mandatory Skills :

- Microsoft 365 / O365 Architecture.

- SharePoint (Architect-level, not only development).

- OneDrive.

- Entra ID (Azure AD).

- Exchange Online.

- Active Directory.

- Cloud technologies and integrations.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong customer-facing experience.

Preferred Skills :

- Microsoft certifications (M365, Azure, Security).

- Experience with large-scale enterprise environments.

- Knowledge of security, governance, and compliance in M365.
