Odoo Developer - Python

We are seeking an experienced Odoo Developer with 4+ years of hands-on expertise in customizing, developing, and maintaining Odoo ERP modules. The ideal candidate should have strong functional knowledge of Odoo, solid Python programming skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable ERP solutions.

Responsibilities :

- Customize and develop Odoo modules based on business requirements.

- Maintain and enhance existing Odoo modules and functionalities.

- Integrate Odoo with other third-party applications.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Odoo.

- Participate in code reviews and ensure code quality.

- Collaborate with functional consultants to understand and implement business requirements.

- Develop and maintain technical documentation.

Qualifications :

- Minimum 4 years of professional experience in Odoo development.

- Proficiency in Python, PostgreSQL, XML, JavaScript, and QWeb.

- Experience in Odoo v10+ and familiar with the latest Odoo releases.

- Strong knowledge of Odoo's ORM, MVC architecture, and security mechanisms.

- Experience in front-end technologies like HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and jQuery.

- Experience in deploying and maintaining Odoo on Linux-based servers.

- Good understanding of business processes like Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HR, CRM, etc.

- Familiarity with Odoo.sh and Git version control.
