- Code Quality & Best Practices : Write clean, efficient, well-documented, and testable code adhering to industry best practices, coding standards, and design principles.

- Problem Solving & Debugging : Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues and performance bottlenecks throughout the application lifecycle.

- Collaboration : Work closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and other cross-functional teams to

understand requirements and deliver integrated solutions.

- Integration : Design and implement integrations with various databases (SQL/NoSQL), APIs, and third-party services.

- Continuous Improvement : Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for development processes, tools, and overall system reliability.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 3-5 years of professional experience in software development using C# and the .NET framework (.NET Core / .NET 6+ preferred).

- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and design patterns.

- Hands-on experience with ASP.NET (Web API, MVC, or Blazor) for building web applications or services.

- Proficiency with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL) and ORMs (e.g., Entity Framework Core).

- Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.

- Familiarity with front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular/React) is a plus.

- Understanding of RESTful API design principles.

- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.

- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and collaboration abilities.
