Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Pega PRPC Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Pega PRPC development, workflow design, and implementation of business rules and UI components. You will work closely with business and technical teams to deliver scalable and efficient Pega-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement Pega PRPC components including flows, activities, UI rules, decision rules, and integrations.

- Work on end-to-end application design using Pega best practices and guardrails.

- Collaborate with architects, QA teams, and business analysts for requirement analysis and solution design.

- Integrate Pega applications with external systems using SOAP/REST APIs and connectors.

- Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and ensure high-quality deliverables.

- Participate in unit testing, code reviews, and deployment processes.

Required Skills :

- 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience in Pega PRPC development.

- Certification such as CSA (Certified System Architect) or CSSA (Certified Senior System Architect) is highly preferred.

- Strong understanding of Pega application design principles, case management, and rule types.

- Experience in integrations, data pages, and authentication mechanisms.

- Working knowledge of SQL and databases.

- Strong analytical and debugging skills with a problem-solving mindset.
