Nuware - SQL Developer - SSRS

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, optimize, and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and database objects using SQL Server 2017 and above.

- Create, manage, and enhance reports using SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services).

- Perform in-depth data analysis, including understanding data relationships, data flow, and identifying data inconsistencies or improvement opportunities.

- Collaborate with business teams to understand reporting requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.

- Independently manage assigned development modules, ensuring timely and quality delivery.

- Ensure alignment with development standards including design documentation, coding conventions, and version control (GIT).

- Work through the complete development lifecycle including development, QA, production deployment, and post-production support.

- Troubleshoot and resolve SQL performance issues, report-related problems, and data anomalies.

- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders, providing clear updates, insights, and solutions.

Skills & Qualifications :

Must-Have Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience with SQL Server 2017 or later.

- Proficiency in SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services).

- Excellent data analysis and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to understand, analyze, and interpret complex datasets.

- Strong technical accomplishments in SQL development and reporting.

- Good communication and client-facing skills.

- Experience working independently on data/report development modules.

- Knowledge of development processes (dev, QA, prod, support) and tools such as GIT
